OUR

STORY

SASCCR is a student community dedicated to promoting scientific research for cures; advocating cancer awareness and celebrating survivorship. Our society was developed in 2018 by a group of students at the University of Edinburgh who are interested in stem cells and what their potential use in cancer therapies could be. Throughout the term time we hope to host various activities to allow our members to socialise with one another, learn information from guest speakers and have external visits to laboratories.
